How does it work?

Who will my contract be with and how will I be billed?
Salesgenix handles everything for our clients start to finish. Negotiations, contracts, HR, and billing are all done by us, acting as your account manager between the service provider and our clients. Once you're satisfied with the terms, your contract and invoicing will be with Salesgenix.
Where are Salesgenix based?
Salesgenix are incorporated in New Zealand. All contracts and transactions are made between us and our clients, which gives our clients the security of doing business in a highly regulated jurisdiction. This allows our clients to access offshore markets, without having to navigate the often confusing local laws and regulations where your new team may be located. All of which is handled via Salesgenix for you.
Are Salesgenix service providers?
No. We work closely with a number of service providers throughout Central and S.E. Asia. We will provide you with options and locales based on your requirements. Once we have built your team and/or hired your software developers, they report directly to you as would any employee working in your local offices. Salesgenix is here to assist at any time should you need us.
I need the ability to scale along with the growth of my business. Can you help with this?
Yes. Salesgenix has experience working with both startups and established corporations. You can choose to be project based with your own team, within an existing center, or we can help you build an entire offshore extension of your company to your exact specifications.
What are your fees?
Once you've sent us your specs and discussed what your needs and goals are, we immediately get started working on your behalf. This portion is free. The process varies depending on your unique needs, but we work closely with you to provide you with all the necessary information to select your new team. Our fee is included in your final monthly fee for your new offshore team.
